Good Sport Award - For the entrant best dressed in period attire in keeping with the machine. Presented to: Pierce Reed 1946 Harley Davidson EL

The Brough Superior Award - Awarded to the entrant of the Brough Superior or W.E. Brough machine that is in the opinion of the judges in the best condition. Presented to: Jim Sabino – 1938 ss80

About Us

The United States Classic Racing Association is the oldest vintage road racing organization in the United States. Though primarily based in the Northeast, it has members around the globe that participate in its unique events from actual street race exhibitions to all out FIM / NAMU internationally sanctioned Road Racing and Observed Trials. In recent years the USCRA has broadened it’s offerings to include Vintage Observed Trials and the first ever MOTOGIRO-USA.

Machine Eligibility The event is open to all eligible AMA members, USCRA members and their invited guests, driving a motor cycle, either solo or with sidecar, autocycle, or three-wheeled cyclecar manufactured not later than December 31st 1949. Riders of out of period later machines of like design may petition the event organization and be permitted to participate at the discretion of the Event Chairperson.10.2
Classes Class A: Veteran: Machines manufactured before December 1914. Class B: Early Vintage: Machines manufactured between 1915 and December 1924. Class C: Late Vintage: Machines manufactured between 1925 and December 1930. Class D: Late Vintage: Machines manufactured between 1930 and December 1949. Class E: Post 1950: **Entries subject to approval by event director. Please send photo if possible. 10.3
Routes There will be several routes of varying lengths depending on class entered. All routes are over paved roads of good or reasonable surface. The A route for veteran machines will avoid steep hills to the extent possible. Responsibility for following the correct route will rest with the rider. Mileage given on the route card is calculated to the nearest 1/10th mile. 10.4
Scoring Participants will follow a designated route at a designated average speed to checkpoints that will confirm their progress. To be eligible for awards, Participants must complete the route for the entered class of machine in the prescribed time. Average speed shall be shown on route cards. 10.5
